Here you can manage all your catalogues, properties, extras services and round trips.

Before you add any property or round trip, you must first add a catalogue. Catalogues can be either a real catalogue that Tour Operator issue every year ( for example: 'Summer 2014' ) or a simple project ( for example: 'Ski travels' ). You can then add properties to this catalogues / projects.

Hotels are all your properties (accommodations). You can add properties that are already in ORS or issue a request for a new property in which case you must wait for ORS staff to confirm new property and map it with our central reservation system.

Round trips usually consist of several services that are already included in the price and are for a specific period. Each period has its own stock and price. Same as with hotels, round trip must be first connected to catalogue/project and you must first issue a request for new trip and wait for ORS staff to confirm new round trip and map it with our central reservation system.

Extras services (extras) are a bit different from hotels and trips. You don't need catalogue to enter extras and you can book them together with accommodation or round trip to form a packages. Extra services may be , festival ticket, ski ticket, massage, insurance, transport to/from airport, bus transport, …. anything you might think off.
